I slapped a GTX 470 into my computer and I have to say I’m impressed. Yes it is a very large graphics card and yes it really does get very hot but it also remains stable. This is good because with FurMark I managed to get this card to a rather toasty 90°C! It has so far managed to run Crysis at full spec and ArmA 2 at full spec although sadly the max distance you can see is “limited” to 4000 km. It’s played Empire total war at full spec too! I can’t fault it so far and in my opinion it’s definitely worth the cash. Keep checking this post as I will probably end up uploading some screen shots to show off this cards hard work!
